McDA’s services included a space needs analysis for the remodel of this existing 17,756 square foot city hall building involving interviews with the City Manager’s office, and the Public Works, Planning, Building, Human Resources, City Clerk, Finances, and IT departments. Common areas and the City Council Chambers were also considered in the planning. Ultimately, construction documents were prepared and McDA provided construction administration services throughout the build.
